Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the charge. No questions asked.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through StreamClip. Payments are processed and managed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore processed through Paddle and are subject to both this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You are entitled to a full refund on any paid subscription charge within 14 days of that charge. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike. To request a refund, contact us at billing@streamclip.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email and transaction date. We will process your request within 5–10 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
  • If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the charge, you may request a full refund under Section 1.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, or wrong amount), contact us at billing@streamclip.io within 30 days of the incorrect charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund promptly.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Since Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, refunds are processed directly by Paddle and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly at billing@streamclip.io. We resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly. You can also contact SERNAC (Chile's National Consumer Service) or the competent local court if the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction.

6. Legal Right of Withdrawal (Ley N° 19.496)

Under Article 3 bis of Chile's Consumer Protection Act (Ley N° 19.496), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 10 business days of the transaction. Our 14-day commercial guarantee above meets or exceeds this statutory requirement. To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, notify us at billing@streamclip.io with the subject line "Withdrawal – Ley 19.496".
